About What We Do
From our inception W.O.E stood for "Women of Excellence" and was formed as a specific all women community based, non profit Private Membership Association geared toward supporting and uplifting a tight knit group of women business owners & aspiring talents, but we grew and morphed! Life, death, marriages, births & break ups eventually shifted our focus from a Micro perspective to a Macro vision to move beyond our personal interests into those that helped, supported and uplifted the entire family across multi generations, communities, or course or mates an& colleagues and other like minded service organizations!
Present day we are Change Agents that specialize in business, civic, personal & economic development by helping conquer stereotypes, self limiting beliefs and archaic belief paradigms using internationally recognized methods proven to create profound and sustainable change!!
Because of what we do individuals and families have made countless positive lifestyle and business changes. We assist in this journey by providing the appropriate tools to heal the root cause of the majority of ALL personal or societal ills; believe it or not. our very OWN mind sets or group think. Using our system(s) many have achieved sustainable shifts that support amazing advancements toward creating initiatives and life by their own choosing & design so things in life begin to happen FOR not just to those we serve and those THEY influence!.
EVERYONE has a story; so understanding this we meet people exactly WHERE EVER they are in their personal success pilgrimage without passing judgement or trying to force an immediate change. We develop customized plans centered around our clients most pressing stress points or needs. rather it be an income increase, affordable housing, or activating their inner generous.
In doing so we incorporate the collaboration, coordination, leveraging &/or incubation of resources using world renown best practices, the latest procurement services and of course our clients' openness, willingness & commitment to creating a desirable lasting solution toward reaching a higher potential.

WHAT WE DO?
In short we start at the beginning: with the foundation of history (as it is a prolific teacher) then grow "His" or "Her" Story using proven techniques, quality service, & expertise, to deliver structure, efficiency, and sharpness to once believed unsurmountable or achievable situations. We bring profound, useful aptitude, and are known for our all encompassing point of view. We add (or subtract) resources as we come alongside our clients & evaluate any pre- existing solutions tried prior and collaboratively create winning solutions.
The methods we use have been accredited by ICTA (International Coach & Trainer Association) a worldwide professional association and the International Coach Federation (ICF). The purpose of both is to educate and accredit Coaches, Trainers and Institutes to ensure high standards of professional coaching and training within the field of personal development. We believe and embody the last verse of the poem Invictus, meaning unconquerable or undefeated in Latin, as written by the English poet William Ernest Henley in 1875. " It matters not how strait the gate, (or) How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul." Invictus is widely noted as being recited by Nelson Mandela during his 27 year political imprisonment prior to him going on after his release and being elected as the President of South Africa.
As a brief "His" story overview: Nelson Mandela was an anti-apartheid activist, lawyer, and former political prisoner. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in December 1993, then was inaugurated as President of South Africa in May 1994 & held his position one term until June 1999. This is most notable not because he was once charged with treason but acquitted and ultimately jailed for conspiracy and given a life sentence; BUT instead because he was the first non-White head of state in South African history, as well as, the first to take office following the dismantling of the apartheid system and the introduction of a full, multiracial democracy, THE VERY THING he was imprisoned for promoting .
Mandela was ALSO the oldest head of state in South Africa's history, taking office at the ripe young age of seventy-five yrs old. His age was taken into consideration as part of his decision to not seek re-election in 1999. However, he continued in his civic pursuits through his philanthropic work with the various foundations he established, via his public appearances, initiative endorsements, speaking engagements, and widely published books & articles!
If this historical recap does not fully demonstrate the power of how individual mindset shifts can have the forced multiplier effect of many more (in this case an entire country and its accepted political system) we honestly are not sure what might UNLESS one tries it for THEMSELF, since seeing in most cases is believing as it gives a visual depiction of what was previously unknown.
